Blending notes

This wine is made entirely from the same grape variety. Fresh and elegant, Sauvignon Blanc gives highly aromatic, bright and crisp wines.

Tasting notes

Aspect: A glittering pale yellow with a slightly greenish tint.

Nose: The nose opens on broom aromas, thoroughly typical of Sauvignon Blanc, which persist with airing, accompanied by box and attractive mineral notes.

Palate: The attack is fresh and fruity, displaying the broom notes present on the nose together with citrus and box flavours which persist on the fresh midpalate, leading into a mineral finish marked by a touch of lime.
