Foie gras and figs on toast

Ingredients
- 150g figs
- Half a baguette
- 70g foie gras
- Pink peppercorns
Preparation
- Preheat the oven in grill mode.
- Cut the baguette into slices. Place them in the oven for a short time to brown the bread.
- Finely slice the foie gras and the figs.
- Place a slice of foie gras and a slice of fig on each slice of bread, add a few pink peppercorns and serve.
The Chef's twist
You can replace the baguette with slices of gingerbread from your local baker. The spices go wonderfully well with the foie gras!
