Réserve Mouton Cadet Pessac-Léognan

A deep garnet red with a slight purple hue.

The nose opens on floral aromas, especially violet, with a touch of saffron, joined after airing by black fruit notes (blackcurrant and black cherry) and a hint of truffle.

From a highly elegant attack on subtle tannins, the mid-palate is dominated by the black fruit found on the nose, while the finish lingers on touches of mocha and toast.
