Mustard roasted chicken

Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 3 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- Mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper
- Optional:
- 1 lemon
- A sprig of thyme
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 C/350 F/gas 4.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Coat with wholegrain mustard and season with salt and pepper. Pour two glasses of water into the dish.
- When the oven is hot, place the chicken in it and roast for 60 mins.
- Enjoy hot or cold, with a side of new potatoes, for example.
The Chef's twist
For an even tastier dish, place a lemon cut into quarters and a sprig of thyme in the chicken.
