Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 1 mango
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- Nori sheets
- 100g white miso paste
- 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Preparation
- Wash, peel and julienne the carrots, the mango and the apple.
- In a bowl, mix the miso paste, the juice of 2 lemons and the sesame oil.
- Add the julienne and marinate for 1 hour.
- Place a nori sheet on a piece of cling-film, shiny side down.
- Place the drained julienne on the nori sheet and roll up with the help of the cling-film.
Set aside for 1 hour, then cut into pieces and serve.
