  • 2 carrots
  • 1 mango
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • Nori sheets
  • 100g white miso paste
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil


  1. Wash, peel and julienne the carrots, the mango and the apple.
  2. In a bowl, mix the miso paste, the juice of 2 lemons and the sesame oil.
  3. Add the julienne and marinate for 1 hour.
  4. Place a nori sheet on a piece of cling-film, shiny side down.
  5. Place the drained julienne on the nori sheet and roll up with the help of the cling-film.
    Set aside for 1 hour, then cut into pieces and serve.
