Smoked salmon toast

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp cream cheese with herbs
- 3 slices smoked salmon
- 2 slices farmhouse bread
- ½ lemon
- 3 radishes
- ½ red onion
- 3 sprigs of chive
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Wash and trim the radishes and peel half a red onion. Cut the radishes and onion into thin slices.
- Cut thick slices of farmhouse bread and toast them.
- Let them cool then spread them with the cream cheese and herbs.
- Cut the smoked salmon into pieces, place them on the toast and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Place the thin slices of radish and red onion on the salmon.
- Sprinkle with chopped chive, a pinch of salt and some fresh-ground black pepper, and it’s ready to go!
The Chef's twist
Don’t toast your bread first. Carry out the recipe and fold over the bread to make a sandwich. Toast in a panini press for a delicious sandwich that is crunchy on the outside and soft inside.
