This fresh and succulent, organic and vegan rosé is made with Merlot, the king of Bordeaux grape varieties, ruffled by sea breezes from the Atlantic Ocean which give the wine its freshness.
Rosé
Mouton Cadet is all about family, sharing and transmission between generations. Just like Mathilde Sereys de Rothschild: Baron Philippe de Rothschild’s great-granddaughter, she helped to create the label which brings the bottle to colourful life in a burst of sunshine, pine trees and pampas grass, reflecting the French Atlantic Coast lifestyle which inspired it. Mathilde also worked closely with Mouton Cadet’s winemakers on the blend of this distinctively modern, fresh and succulent, organic and vegan rosé.
Organic & Vegan
A wine can be certified vegan if a fining agent of non-animal origin (e.g. clay) is used during vinification to clarify the wine from all impurities and bacteria. Organic certification requires compliance with European rules that apply to all processes from vinegrowing to vinification.

Scintillating, rather pale tea-rose pink.
Nose
The nose opens on attractive red fruit aromas such as redcurrant and wild strawberry, followed with airing by notes of raspberry and a delicate touch of pink grapefruit.
Palate
After a succulent attack on redcurrant and raspberry, pink grapefruit flavours refresh the palate, while the finish reveals more floral notes reminiscent of lily-of-the-valley and violet.
