Tasting notes

Aspect: A glittering buttercup yellow.

Nose: The nose opens on white peach and preserved lemon notes, then with airing reveals a touch of mint enveloped in toasted hazelnut aromas.

Palate: From a fresh attack on forward citrus flavours, the mid-palate opens up on peach and hazelnut notes. A very mineral finish concludes the wine on touches of vanilla.
