Tasting notes

Aspect: A lustrous mimosa yellow.

Nose: The nose opens on aromas of white fruit (vine peach) and white blossom (acacia), going on to develop a hint of mild spice with airing.

Palate: From a voluptuous and fruit-driven attack on attractive peach and citrus flavours, the mid-palate reveals a floral aspect with white blossom notes, while the highly expressive finish displays the unique minerality characteristic of the Graves terroir.
