Aspect: A glittering pale pink.

Nose: The nose opens on redcurrant and raspberry notes, then with airing goes on to reveal grenadine and pink grapefruit aromas.

Palate: Raspberry flavours are prominent on a delicate attack which leads into an attractively fresh midpalate sustained by precise tannins and a finish on notes of grapefruit and redcurrant.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS

As an aperitif or with Bellota ham tostada, sushi and maki or raspberry tart.
