Tasting notes

Aspect: Peony pink with a metallic hue.

Nose: The nose reveals attractive acidulated red fruit notes, joined after airing by delicate touches of pomegranate and citrus peel.

Palate: The fresh and full attack expresses the same fresh red fruit notes as those found on the nose, followed by a dense midpalate on delicate touches of lemon and grapefruit peel. Red fruit flavours return on the finish, mingled with subtle hints of pomegranate and dragon fruit.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS

As an aperitif or with Bellota ham tostada, sushi and maki or raspberry tart.
