Tasting notes

Aspect: Carmine with a slightly garnet tint.

Nose: The nose opens on mild spice notes such as saffron and cardamom, then goes on to develop jammy red and black fruit aromas of wild strawberry, cherry and blackberry.

Palate: The very round attack reveals an array of fruit flavours, leading into an elegant and stylish mid-palate underpinned by beautifully supple tannins and building to a smooth finish which brings the wine to a close on lingering mild spice notes.
